We worked directly Microsoft to come up with ideas and concepts to increase brand awareness and find new ways to increase brand advocacy of Microsofts products. We wanted the user to feel like they were part of something important and proud of their loyal support. Through on site brainstorms and collaborative meeting we generated lists of possible solutions that would engage the audience while adhering to Microsoft’s brand guidelines.
The solution was a micro site we designed and developed to award users for their participation. The community grew and became stronger and the campaign was an ongoing success.
